Precocity Research Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in New Zealand, operates the relayq.dev website and the RelayQ product. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

On our public marketing pages (relayq.dev), we do not:

• Set cookies on these pages (a single functional cookie is used only in the licensed documentation area, see section 2a)
• Use tracking pixels or fingerprinting
• Collect IP addresses for analytics
• Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker
• Track individual browsing behavior
• Build user profiles

2. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics. Our analytics provider collects:

• Page URL visited
• Referrer (where you came from)
• Browser type (generic, e.g., “Firefox”)
• Country (derived from IP, IP not stored)
• Device type (desktop/mobile)

This data is aggregated and anonymous. No individual visitor can be identified. No cookies are set for analytics. Our analytics provider is Plausible Analytics, which is EU-hosted and operates without consent because it sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses.

2a. Functional Cookie (Licensed Documentation)

If you access the licensed documentation area at /docs/licensed/ or the download area with an access key, we set one functional cookie, docs_key, so that you do not have to re-enter the key on every page. It holds your access key, lasts 30 days, and is used for nothing else. It is not set on any public page, and it is not used for analytics, advertising or profiling.

2b. Bot Protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile receives your IP address and basic browser signals in order to make that check. It does not use cookies for tracking or build a profile of you.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our forms:

Everything we hold is listed below. Where a field is optional, leaving it blank has no effect on your request. All submissions expire automatically after 12 months, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide solely to:

• Send you the evaluation license you requested
• Respond to your inquiry
• Send product updates (only if you opted in via double opt-in)
• Improve our product based on aggregated use case feedback

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to anyone
• Share your data with third parties (except email delivery service)
• Use your data for advertising
• Build profiles or track behavior across sessions
• Send unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent

5. Email Communications

• All marketing emails require double opt-in (you must click a confirmation link)
• Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link
• Unsubscribe is processed immediately
• We use a transactional email service for delivery (data processing agreement in place)

6. Data Storage and Security

• Form submissions are held in Cloudflare Workers KV, which is replicated across Cloudflare’s global network, and are also delivered by email to our team in New Zealand. Your IP address is not part of a stored submission; it is used transiently for rate limiting and bot protection. Data may therefore be stored and processed outside the European Union, including in New Zealand, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Access is restricted to authorized team members only
• Stored submissions expire automatically after 12 months, and we delete them sooner on request
